It can be hard to put aside some time for YOU, to move and breath and connect. To be present. Here is a short 15 minute sequence to download and try at home. Light a candle, put on some relaxing music and take a moment to move. Moving our bodies increases the blood flow and breathing deep has profound effects on our stress levels.
